About Me
Hello, I'm Charles Marroni, a Trauma-Informed Coach and Trauma Support Specialist committed to creating a safe space for trauma survivors and couples facing relationship challenges. My approach combines solution-focused strategies with trauma-informed support, addressing healing, personal growth, and nervous system regulation.
For trauma survivors, I offer support in navigating the journey towards healing and reclaiming life. We work together to understand the impact of past experiences and develop strategies for resilience and strength.
In working with couples, I understand the complexities of relationship dynamics and the impact of unresolved trauma. I aim to facilitate deeper understanding and trust between partners, enhancing communication and rediscovering relationship joy.
My coaching sessions integrate nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, emotional intelligence, and goal-setting and are tailored to individual needs.
I specialize in helping clients overcome feelings of disconnection, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, shame, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and communication barriers. I cant even express how grateful I am for the past few months working with Charlesit has been a roller coaster of feelings, but that has felt overall better than the flat/stuck. Mike and I have both grown in our understanding of ourselves and each other AND our relationship which makes it feel like we are heading in a better direction together. All that said, this is the most progress weve made in our relationship in years and it feels like Charles was able to pull so many cogs out of a system that had ground to a stop. I love that I feel heard and safe which is where I feel like I'm able to make the most progress as a human in figuring out how to navigate all of the feelings of life.
