Generally, career problems tend to cause people to become overwhelmed and they begin to feel stuck, fearful, overlooked, disgruntled, lackadaisical, and discombobulated. These obstructive feelings need to be slam dunked so people can advance into a favorable, fulfilling, and rewarding career.

In essence, I assist employees and executives who desire to move forward in their careers, prepare for mid-level and senior-level advancement, and demolish barriers that have kept them stuck and stagnant in their current positions.
