I have 23+ years of coaching, mentoring, teaching, and training experience. I have owned small businesses for over 15 years. I am certified as a Life Coach both through Grand Canyon University and Six Star Coaching Academy. I will complete my master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching in May 2021.

I am passionate about relationships, family life, and personal development. I love helping people know themselves and gain clarity about what it is that they really want in life.

I possess a firm faith in Jesus Christ. Everything I do, all that I am, and my motivation to help you become who you are meant to be stems from Christ at my core.
