About Me

I am a mom, the Founder of Silent Rights; an organization for women of abuse and violence. A certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. Writer and Author. Shareholder in two construction companies. Advocate for Women's rights and Empowerment. A recognized Gender Expert and has completed various counselling courses and workshops.

Coaching is all about developing natural behavior preferences, actions, goals and beliefs that empower people to get going, act and achieve their true desires and fulfilment.

The point of Life Coaching is to help you find your own answers by taking you through various processes. You have all the resources you need, but you might need a Life Coach to help you see that, and to help you tap into your own strengths and confidence to make your own decisions and find the answers you are looking for.

I provide you with a safe place and guidance to explore yourself, your fears, your ambitions and provide you with the tools to achieve your true desires, whatever they may be.

I am not a genie that can fix your life for you. I am not someone who will listen to your woes and give you a golden response that will dissolve all your fears and change your life for you. I will assist you in developing yourself to the person you believe you can be, to do the things you believe in, that make you happy, measure your progress and hold you accountable.

I offer Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Business Coaching, Entrepreneurial Coach, and as a survivor of Domestic Abuse I also offer Recovery Coaching, rebuilding your life after abuse is hard, you do not need to do it alone!
