Hello, I'm Cecilia, founder of the 'Balance Project'.

I am an ICF accredited coach graduate from the highly respected 'The Coaching Academy' in London.

My career transition after 17 years in the charity sector into coaching has been an enlightening and empowering one, having gone on my own journey of discovery, I now hold the experience and the tool kit to support yours.

I am an experienced emotionally intuitive leader with a proven track record in project management, leadership and positive communication, developing trust and rapport with clients to acheive the full potential of the project and the person.

As a certified coach, I bring a calm and solutions-focused approach to helping individuals navigate personal and professional challenges. Known for emotional intelligence, creative problem solving and a coaching style that empowers clients to realise their goals.
