About Me

In college, I studied Psychology and Sociology, which is where I leaned into my passion for people, but it was during a backpacking trip, I found myself drawn to deep conversations and connecting with people on an intimate level.

There was a man from New York that I was having one of these conversations with, and he was asking me for relationship advice. I discovered I felt so fulfilled empowering him to get to the root of the experience he craved out of a relationship, that once I returned home I knew I had found my calling!

I dove into an ontological coaches training program, where I was able to uncover and sharpen my skills as a coach!

I found my true calling as a rooted in soul relationship coach, and can’t wait to share my essence with yours!
