About Me

My mission is to help already successful mid-career professionals master the leadership competencies that accelerate professional success while also helping them clarify what brings meaning and purpose to their personal lives. Professional success is meaningless unless it is grounded in a satisfying and fulfilling life.

I enjoy coaching professionals who are looking to balance the complexities inherent in their personal lives and in their roles of power and influence. I am a thought partner who builds trust by providing my clients the space to be vulnerable, to share challenges, uncover obstacles to growth and explore new perspectives.

I support global leaders in articulating and achieving challenging goals by growing their self-awareness, developing new skills and providing them with honest feedback. By incorporating appropriate assessment and development tools, and drawing on principles of leadership theory, neuroscience, Positive Intelligence and emotional intelligence, I help leaders understand what drives their behaviors and how they can use their new insight to more effective leaders, face challenges with confidence and pursue their unique definition of success.

Every engagement is unique, so I co-create a customized coaching plan with each client that focuses on creating sustained change and achieving meaningful, ambitious goals. Every coaching session moves the client forward by generating thoughtful insights, effective strategies and action plans.

With 25+ years of experience in a variety of roles and industries, I leverage my experience with international business and clients to connect with global professionals. At MIT Sloan, I met the most amazing and talented group of international leaders, and in 2019, I left MIT to start my own practice coaching professionals like them from the from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, India, Brazil, Israel, Belgium, South Africa, Turkey and US.
