About Me

After an exciting 30+ -year career in international trade, I started a second career as a health coach to satisfy my life-long interest in good food, holistic health, my genuine interest in other people as well as my value for environmental responsibility. I was raised near Lyon, France, where food and cooking are central pillars of culture and socialization. I moved to the U.S. almost 40 years ago.

As a health coach I seriously believe that food is the best preventive medicine. I try to maximize taste, pleasure and nutrition, and minimize time spent in the kitchen” is my modus operandi. This approach allows me to see cooking as a creative outlet and a gift of health to my family, not a chore. By increasing the amount of healthful and tasty dishes, being healthy is easy and sustainable. I can actually say I am a “health-conscious pleasuretarian” and a "climatarian" How would you describe your way of eating style?

I named my company Aigle Health after the Goddess of Radiant Health in Greek mythology. In addition, “aigle” translates to “eagle” in French, conjuring the idea of soaring smoothly towards the sky. The two meanings combined illustrate perfectly my mission: supporting you on your path to radiant health, so you can soar toward your life goals.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, based in New York; I studied over 100 dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.

While I am trained to help people with overall wellness issues, I specialize in foreign professional who live in the USA; skin (e.g. food intolerance, acne) and going from “healthy to healthier”. My areas of focus are based on and reflect my personal experiences.

I live and garden in Washington, DC, with my husband and son. I conduct most of my coaching on line and I look forward to helping you soar towards wellness!
