Twenty years of teaching/coaching experience working with students of all ages: elementary, secondary, transitional, post-secondary, adult-education. Multiple skills aligned with the experience and education: detail oriented, multiple computer based programs, collaborative learning, team building, program development, results-focused achievement. Awards and program development has resulted from this successful portfolio.

My area of expertise is in the area of behavior and motivating our behavior through goal-focused development as well as understanding our own innate tenancies and developing blind spots in our lives. This expertise benefits people from all levels of life: parents, children, schools, teams, stress management, relationship building, leadership, career focused, and individual growth.
