About Me

My clients come to me with feelings of being stuck in their work situation, and a sense of not being able to move in one direction or another in their career. My Leverage Your Career Program guides them through all stages of career changes and can help build a path to their next big career change!

As a coach I bring over 25 years' experience in healthcare, and academia and have navigated some treacherous waters and have learned to manage them successfully. I want to use my experience and skillset to help clients who want to make that change in their career. I offer a supportive partnership, guidance & a safe space and environment to dive deeper into understanding where you are now and where you want to be - and do!.

In my program, together we would prioritize goals that matter to you, identify past known and sometimes unknown obstacles and converting roadblocks into steppingstones and begin moving you closer towards accomplishing that desired outcome.

I can understand it can be difficult to take that first step or sometimes not knowing where to begin. The first step is knowing that you are worth it..your time, your energy, your resources. The best gift you can give someone is your authentic self and by taking care ourselves first, then sharing ourselves with others. When we live our best lives in pursuing our passion in the midst of challenges, we can embrace the joy and happiness which flows through us to others around us.

I am a life-long learner continue to engage in higher learning and education to provide my clients with the best possible care and latest tools and resources available. I also have a Life Coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation, recognized globally.
