About Me

I've been coaching young adults for more than a decade. I believe that early adulthood is the critical window for young adults to fundamentally determine the path they will go down in life. Using my experience and methods, BadassU provides young adults with effective solutions that lead to lasting positive outcomes and a more fulfilled life. I have worked with hundreds of young adults of all backgrounds from around the USA, covering nearly every topic - from emotions, to relationships, to career.

I am the associate resident Life Coach at the Bertram Group, a premier independent college and high school placement advisory in North America. As a Certified Robbins Madanes Training Coach and Certified Strategic Interventionist, my number one priority is to equip young adults and their parents with the tools and strategies they need to build the life of their dreams. I live in Santa Barbara with my husband of 30+ years. We have three young adult children
