About Me

I am a team lead and a mindfulness coach, I know the challenges of leadership, meeting deadlines, keeping customers satisfied and making sure the team is working right.
Apart from coaching, I studied mindfulness, oriental philosophies, meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong and other techniques to achieve wellness and peace of mind. These techniques have proven very useful in stressful work situations, this is why I share them in my coaching.
It is basically a combination of listening, asking the right questions, and giving the tools needed to help you relax and find balance. Sometimes we cannot change the outer circumstances, but we can always change the way we react to them, the way we deal with them internally. And that is the secret to a better quality of life.
More about myself: I have lived in 10 countries, worked in various fields, studied international business and Chinese medicine. During my year in Japan my language classes often turned into coaching, same for my Chinese medicine practice in Chile, I have always helped people move along with their life. After having discovered the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and after having studied oriental philosophies for over 10 years, I can help people on a different level. I speak English, French, German and Spanish fluently, spoken Lebanese Arabic, have notions of Japanese. I can help you obtain peace of mind, adjust to a new country, feel more relaxed in general and have a better relationship with people around you. Looking forward to working with you!
