Congratulations for embarking on your coaching journey!! Coaching is one of the most powerful tools that can be utilized when dealing with difficult situations both in life and in the work place. It targets the improvement of performance by focusing on specific goals and enables individuals to be confident, resourceful and motivated.

My background: I am an HR Professional with more than 15 yrs of experience working for both small and large organizations. My most current position was Chief HR Officer for Casa Grande Medical Center. Over the years I have coached many Executives and Leaders (to include emerging leaders) to be more successful, as well as mentoring them to become workplace coaches and found that I made a tremendous impact on them. I enjoyed coaching at work so much that I decided to take it to the next level. I obtained certification in Professional Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching, CA, and now have my own consulting & coaching practice. I find coaching very rewarding and enjoy doing it. My goal is to make a difference in people’s lives, every client, every time.
