Using a caring, non-judgmental and tough love environment of support and encouragement, we will start our coaching relationship by my helping you get crystal clear about what you REALLY want to see regarding your life or business.

Once we create a vision of what you REALLY want, I’ll help you break through any stubborn blocks that have kept you stuck (sometimes for years). We will then work on shifting your mindset in ways you may never thought were possible. Once your mindset has shifted, you will become unstoppable!

The most valuable thing I offer you is my life experience. Life-wise, I have successfully navigated single parenthood following more than one divorce, returned to college and earned a Bachelor's Degree at age 38 and eventually a Master's Degree, bounced back from bankruptcy, foreclosure, low-paying jobs and am now living in my 3000 square foot dream home in Atlanta, GA. I can guide you to achieving your major life goals and dreams too!

Business-wise, I have owned several successful companies I started while working full-time and I am a master at launching a business in DIY (do it yourself) mode including: building my own website, developing a solid social media presence, marketing and much more! I even self-published a popular relationship memoir for women. I can help you do the same!
