About Me

I have more than 16 years of experience in working with organisations both as HR manager and executive coach and consultant. I apply the psychodynamic and systemic thinking in organisational development projects, both in work with individuals and groups. This approach places the problem in a systemic context - industry, company, department, then bringing into view the emotional weight in different parts of the system. I am very skilled at creating a containing and holding environment facilitating a deep understanding of personal aspects and group dynamics complexity.
I have developed team efficiency, organisational change and leadership projects in commercial companies in different industries - financial, banking, retail, FMCG, consultancy, agribusiness, aviation etc.
I completed my initial studies graduating the psychology faculty, having a training in psychoanalytical psychotherapy and currently attending a professional qualification in consulting to organisations delivered from a ‘Tavistock’ systems-psychodynamic perspective in London.. Thereby, I have both the experience as manager and consultant and the knowledge to help understand organisational complexity.
