About Me

During the early parts of my life, I struggled in school, and always had to work twice as hard to get mediocre grades. Many teachers and one guidance counselor even went as far to tell me that I would never amount up to anything. This was all the motivation I needed to prove them wrong and since then I have been unstoppable in not only my career but in my personal life.

By the age of 25 I was the Marketing Director for a large transportation company and by 27 I earned my Executive MBA as well as Masters in organizational behavior. I spent my late twenties focused on climbing the corporate ladder at one of the top contract food service companies in the world. When I first started with the organization I was responsible for overseeing the marketing for a $30 million food service contract at a large university. After three short years in that role, I became the Northeast regional marketing director and I currently manage over 40 accounts which consist of Colleges and Universities in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York Rhode Island, and Vermont.

As long as I can remember I have always had a passion for helping people. I have been the leader behind fundraisers for local not-for-profit organizations, and can be found providing a sympathetic ear and realistic advice to friends and family during challenging times.

Throughout my career, I always found myself coaching colleagues and assisting them in taking the next step to advance their careers. As a certified professional coach, I have a passion for helping other young entrepreneurs reach their professional goals as well as assisting them in the transition from one role in their career to the next.

My coaching philosophy is all about goal setting and working with clients to create mindful solutions and action plans to help them reach their goals. I am a firm believer that all it takes is one action step a day to chip away at your dreams.
