About Me

My name is Carlease. I am a Life Skills and Development Coach. I work with clients to facilitate tasks needed to achieve their goals. My mission is to help clients utilize tools within themselves to better help navigate their daily lives and routines. I also work alongside providers as part of the client's treatment team to help the client put action behind tasks set forth by the therapist. For instance, helping patients with career goal setting, anger management, healthy boundary setting and inner guidance for healthy relationship building, to name a few.

Another part of my services that is kind of the glue to my passion for working with clients would be my yoga classes. I provide individual and group yoga. I would like to ensure you that your clients will receive outstanding care and the mind body connection they need to re-align themselves for their journey towards wholeness. Each class will be designed with the client in mind, to meet them where they are and to grow them into where they desire to be. Yoga is not about stretching and awkward poses, Yoga is about coming into one with yourself and understanding that the power of everything you want is in you and at your disposal.
