I coach adults who are overwhelmed at adulting. Is your career unfulfilling, your relationships are suffering and parenting is too much? You thought you could have it all but it’s all so disheartening. You feel that you can’t juggle it all. You lost You.
You got here because you gave 110% of yourself to your dreams and goals but somehow you got swallowed up and lost your footing. You said yes to all the good things! But parts of yourself got chipped away little by little because you kept giving and doing. Your boundaries and self-care become less and less and now you can’t find them. You lost who you want to be.
The promise: you can have it all!
The reality: you are drowning in it all.
The solution: Be the best version of yourself in your career, relationships and parenting. Bust out of the layers of boxes!
In my URU program, you can find yourself again! You are still You! As you enter into a coaching relationship with me, we will find YOU again. It will be a safe place. You can take a deep breath. You can relax and reflect on who you are: your strengths, your weaknesses, how you got here and grab what you want! You will find You again!
I help believers in Christ and nonbelievers. I can meet you where you are with as much or as little input spiritually as you would like. Come as you are!
I have fostered/adopted many children. I taught in the inner city public schools for 30 years. I owned, directed and taught in my daycare center and coached many parents! I have a Masters degree in Education and Counseling and I am a Certified Life Coach with Life Purpose Institute. I have been a Life Coach to many folks who lost themselves and were able to become more authentic and true versions of themselves! I can help you set boundaries, recognize blocks, identify priorities, establish goals to get where you want to be. Let’s find all the good you’ve been doing! Before I started working with Cari, I was a disorganized, anxiety filled mess. My work life and personal life were colliding, and my fear of being a failure at being an involved nurturing mother and a good teacher was becoming overwhelming. In the last year that I have worked with Cari, I have been able to keep work and my personal life separate where one does not affect the other. Cari guided me into becoming more organized at home and work, which has led me to become more available to my children and their needs as well as the best teacher I can be. I was ready to give up on myself. I felt like a failure and didn’t want to be a mom. It sounds awful but I didn’t want to be around my kids. I felt like the household chores never end… the laundry, the kitchen, meals, snacks, cleanup, toys every where, diapers, throw up, and the constant whining and crying. My husband was not helpful because he worked 60 hours a week and my tweens were acting OUT BECAUSE Of my stress level. Coach Cari helped me to work smarter not harder, delegate, decide what to let go and what was a priority. She helped me find myself again and commit to self-care. I feel so much better! I enjoy my kids now and found my joy. It is still a struggle but I was at subzero and now I feel like a solid 8 in motherhood and just being myself again!
