Her journey of finding joy in helping others navigate their lives, pain and visions led her to becoming a certified life coach. She loves nothing more than to intently listen to those she cares about and to support them in achieving their passions and finding their worth.

Carey has four children who are all boys (which means she has a house full of broken things). Together, she and her partner Michael host The Relationship Cocktail Hour podcast. She is also a singer-songwriter, has released an album, performs her original music regularly, and particularly enjoys performing for charitable events.
