About Me

Hi, I’m Cara. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and co-founder of PROSPERA Coaching.

Previously, a FCCA qualified accountant and finance manager for over 12 years, I moved into the coaching profession in 2022 and haven’t looked back since!

As a professional woman and a mum, I know exactly what it can feel like to try balance it all and to want to change something big or small in your life, either personally or professionally.

My aim is to encourage and motivate women to feel more confident, happy and inspired by who they truly are and the life that they want and to bring about the changes needed to get there.

By using a variety of tools and techniques rooted in positive psychology and neuroscience, I get you to gain clarity on what you really want, understand the barriers stopping you and put plans in place to achieve your aspirations.

I offer high quality coaching services for women both in their personal and professional lives, working directly with individuals or with organisations.
