About Me

My name is Candace & I have a checkered past. I tell you this because my own experience of learning, healing, failing, rising, falling, succeeding, growing, shrinking, expanding, falling again, crashing, rising again... has been intricate to my own transformational process. My struggles with myself and the help I received along the way are what inspired me to become a Life Coach and Counselor. I believe life is about the plethora of experiences, all valuable in their own right, and all are clues to who we are and how we became us. Going on my own journey of self discovery and learning the tools necessary to live a harmonious, peaceful life has been extraordinary for me. I came from a place inside myself that was at one time very dark, scary, anxious, fearful, lonely, confused, broken and shattered. Now I can see the potential in myself and others. I can put the negative of this world in perspective and embrace the magnificence of life. My lifes work is my passion and I am so grateful to have found this field. Every client is special, unique and precious to me. I am a Life Coach, Addictions Counselor and Trauma Counselor and it is my honor to work with you!! I'm excited to listen to your life story... together we will find patterns, obstacles, disempowering beliefs, values, coping strategies negatives, positives & a lot in between in order to create a road map that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be!!!
I commend you on the strength and courage you are showing right now by looking for a Coach, I know how scary that is, but you are so worth it!! After all, your relationship with yourself is the MOST important one of all!! You take yourself with you wherever you go therefore YOU are the best investment you'll ever make!!
