About Me

I have confidence in people. In their ability to grow and to get unstuck, so they can live a happy life with ease and freedom.

I believe that each person has the capacity to make changes in their own life and I have spent nearly a decade in training to work with difficult challenges to build a solid toolbox. Combined with compassionate empathy for all beings, the work is transformative to many people intent on working with themselves.

I combine 9+ years of Buddhist training - including both Buddhist psychology and meditation practice - with a 2-year Integral Coach education from ID Academy, in Denmark.
