About Me

Caitlin Ruth Vincent, CHPC
I am a Certified Human Potential Coach. I partners with clients to get over barriers holding them back from realizing their true potential in mind, body and environment.

My coach training has honed my awareness, empathy and mindfulness, which is topped with my drive to empower others. I work alongside my clients to assess where they are, challenge them to grow while finding accountability. I see growth as moving forward. I find key motivators to keep them aligned with their personal purpose and mission.

As a seasoned bio-hacker, I am committed to living my optimal life by continually improving personal and professional systems. Prior to coaching, I ran an Interior Design business and was Director of Special Projects at a high-end Interior Design firm in USA. I was co-founder of a low-drag, high-tech start-up: Meditation Genies. I have travelled the world on SuperYachts where I not only saw first hand how cultures around the world live and thrive, but also how I could thrive in a confined, high-pressure environments. In addition, I have been an expat in both the USA and in the UK.
