About Me
If you're reading this, I want to congratulate you. The first step in transforming your life is to seek out help and resources. I hope I can help you on your journey to living a life that feels free, happy, and fulfilling.
I'm a trained life coach. Here is where I can help:
About Me - Career:
I spent 10 years working in corporate America. I felt stifled and like an outsider. I got brave and found a way to transform that experience into my own business and passion. If you're feeling like your career is in a rut - I know ALL about that, and I can help you see creative possibilities.
About Me - Body Image:
I also struggled with eating disorders and food obsession for most of my life. I was so cruel to myself. I restricted and then binge ate. I felt totally uncomfortable in my skin. Finally, through life coach training and life experience, I had a breakthrough and released my destructive patterns.
I can help you release yourself from the cycle of self-criticism and body dissatisfaction. Ultimately, I think everyone deserves to live a life that feels inspiring, free, and mostly peaceful. I have all the mindset tricks and shifts to help you move from feeling like you have no way out - to believing your possibilities are limitless. I will help you remove blocks, feel energetic again, and come home to the YOU that you love and you know is inside.
About Me - Codependency:
I come from a home with addiction and alcoholism. This was very difficult to grow up in. Adult Children of Addicts/Alcoholics develop codependency, meaning they try to "fix" everyone else in order to feel ok. Most people have some form of codependency in their life. I can help you detach from dependence on parents and a need for approval. Living free of codependency was a crucial step in me taking my power back and living life on my own terms!
While I have a variety of life experiences and education. Ultimately my coaching is built for you and what you want to achieve in your own beautiful life.

I went into life coaching unsure of how beneficial it would be. I was overwhelmed, stressed out and feeling like I lacked a sense of direction, career-wise. But I left my first session with Brynn feeling empowered and inspired. I'm happy to say that she helped me regain focus and get back on the path I needed to be on. Brynn is super smart, kind and thoughtful, which makes her an absolutely terrific and effective life coach. Thank you, Brynn!
Hyedi - Corporate Professional
Brynn, you have helped to pave a pathway to my self-awakening. You grabbed my hand when I was ready (yet still terrified) to reach for help. This journey of overcoming emotional disordered eating has been directly contributed to reclaiming self-love and remembering who I am, beyond this physical body. Through your coaching sessions and genuine friendship, I've been able to bounce back from hitting rock bottom months ago. Thank you for becoming such a vital piece of my Free Life. Nothing but love for you B!!!

Finding Brynn, literally changed my life. I was in the midst of moving back to NYC and felt paralyzed in a no longer fulfilling career. Wise, down to earth, and fun, she made it easy for me to find creative solutions and quickly make major life changes. With Brynn's guidance and support, I was finally able to get clear on what I wanted and how to get there. I am forever grateful for Brynn!
AnneMarie - Coach
I was desperate and afraid. Afraid I would stay fat for the rest of my life. Always hoping that the thinner girl inside would make a permanent appearance. Diets. They don’t work. At least for me. Queen of the yo-yos. What fun is that? Turning 60 was a big BIG deal. Inside I am still twenty-seven. Outside, not so much. Knees hurt. Back hurt. Shoulders hurt. And as a screenwriter and producer the amount of hours chained to my computer were doing nothing for my posture, or my self-esteem. One night after a binge (well I wouldn’t really allow myself to believe it was a binge, even though there was a sudden decrease in the larder in our pantry) I started searching online for a coach. Someone with a fresh perspective. Someone with a fighting spirit. The word featherweight drew me in. I instinctively knew this person had something to teach me. Though we are decades and miles apart, Brynn has become my soul sister. She is wise and compassionate, knowledgeable and hilarious, a fantastic teacher and coach. When we started this journey I was afraid to even get on the scale. Now many pounds lighter, both mentally and physically, I have found a solution to emotional eating that is nothing short of a miracle.
