About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Brittany and I am a Certified Life Coach and Certified Health Coach through an ICF Accredited Institution, Health Coach Institute! I also have a masters degree in forensic psychology with a speciality in addiction studies and victimology, and I am a Provisional Youth Peer Advocate and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T).

I offer life coaching services that focus on developing healthy long lasting habits. One approach used to achieve this, is increasing self love. Self love is the route of all inner growth. During our sessions, we will examine the ways, if any, you engage in self love.

Our professional life coaching relationship will be built on rapport and trust. Together we will:

Identify and create a plan for what you desire
Modify and build strategies to achieve what you desire
Encourage self-discovery, self-awareness and growth
Promote accountability and positive change
Examine any roadblocks that may come up throughout the journey
