About Me

Born and raised in a small, close-knit community, I learned the importance of support, empathy, and personal development from an early age. Inspired by the guidance I received, I devoted myself to pursuing a career in personal development, a decision that led me to where I am today.
In the past ten years as a life coach, I have assisted innumerable individuals and couples navigate through their personal life and relationship troubles. The cases I have dealt with have spanned across a wide spectrum, ranging from issues such as low self-esteem and lack of direction, to the struggles with work-life balance, to severe relationship and marital conflicts.
Empathetic listening and tailor-made guidance are my trademark. I understand the unique context each client comes from and provides guidance accordingly. A session with me is always about my client’s journey and their dreams. I aid them in gaining self-awareness, setting attainable goals, and taking actions towards them. Seeing their growth and witnessing them gradually regain happiness and satisfaction in life is the most rewarding part of my job.
While I have garnered respect and praise from clients, my work isn't limited to one-on-one sessions. Over the years, I have hosted seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote personal development, mindfulness, and healthy relationships on a larger scale.
Beyond my professional life, I value spending time with my loved ones, travelling to explore new cultures and experiences, and participating in local community service events. I believe that our own growth lies not just in our professional accomplishments but also in the richness of our personal experiences.
I am ready and enthusiastic to support more people to turn challenges into opportunities and transform their lives for the better.
