About Me

As President of Higher Level Results LLP, I focus on working with clients to maximize their organization’s value by assisting them in identifying and implementing innovative solutions. These solutions are designed to help organizations and individuals achieve measurable results, some of which include greater leadership development, increased profitability, market share, productivity, customer loyalty and decreased employee turnover.

My previous experience includes being an instructor at the University of Arkansas-Monticello (UAM) in the Communication department from 2009-2014. I taught Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Business and Professional Speaking, and other courses. Students benefitting from my leadership developed clear, confident and concise communication skills. I was nominated and recognized as an outstanding academic advisor in 2014.

I have also taught Instructional Strategies for Kaplan University and Organizational Behavior and Management & Supervision for Harding University.

My campus work at UAM began in 2000, where I held the position of Campus Minister for the Monticello Church of Christ. I directed and led the Christians in Action campus ministry for over nine years—encouraging and guiding the students in many campus and community activities, fundraisers and service projects.

My skills and experience also include work in sales, insurance, banking, broadcasting and media production.

I hold a Master of Divinity in Leadership (2005) and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (2003) from Amridge University, Montgomery, AL, and a B.S. in Mass Communication (1991) from Oklahoma Christian University.

I am certified by Resource Associates Corp. of Wyomissing, PA as an individual within their International Network of Senior-level Business and Executive Development Affiliates.
