I’ve spent around a year with Brent so far, and while I can’t attribute all my growth to his influence, I can attribute my attitude towards growth primarily to his influence. Brent has taught me to appreciate the downs as well as the ups. His perspective on understanding what’s really going on in every situation has been a key factor in helping me maintain a healthy outlook as I ventured out into a brand new frontier this year. Brent offers a challenge to stagnation and not just a pat on the back, or "its going to be okay.” I foresee Brent being a part of my business and personal life for as long as God will allow.

I have recently taken part in one of Brent's Mastermind Groups. I cannot begin to tell you how worthwhile the group was. To have such a dedicated leader, who has seen so much, as well as 5-10 other leaders in your community in one room, creates such a long-term impact on you personally and professionally. You can read, go to conferences, listen to talks, etc., but until you commit to the growth with an accountable group, you have not truly maximized your potential.
