About Me

I am a Certified Life Coach who specializes in guiding young women (18+) through life transitions. Typically, my clients have or will soon be graduating college and heading into the workforce or are early in their careers and want to create change in one or more areas of their life. Generally, they want to find their life purpose, build better habits, and want support with their personal development.

Coaching clients through a transformation that helps them to uncover their life's purpose and turn dreams into reality is my passion. With a deep care for each client and a commitment to authenticity, I empower clients through individual coaching sessions that are personalized to their unique needs. I understand that there are a multitude of challenges faced during the transition from school into the workforce and without proper guidance and support, it can be easy to feel as if you have lost your way. *Brenna obtained her coaching credentials from the Life Purpose Institute in April of 2023. Currently, she is actively pursuing the next level of certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
