About Me

am a graduate of the SUNY College at Brockport with a degree in Public health. I have worked as a social worker/ care manager for over four years in multiple different settings. I have worked with clients suffering from homelessness, substance use, mental health, and chronic physical health conditions. I am an avid plant enthusiast who spends her time cultivating plants in my personal hydroponic system. I love to try new things and spend my spare time beekeeping, practicing aerial yoga, and learning (anything and everything). I have a passion for motivating others and helping them to see and harness their true potential through motivational interviewing techniques and "tough love" lessons.
