My business - Life By Design Coaching - was created out of a desire to help others create a life that is aligned with who they are and what's essential to them - because that's where fulfillment, joy, purpose, and meaningful contribution happen.

My work centers on intervening in the important moments of transition to help my clients reflect, grow in self-awareness, cultivate possibilities, and create a clear path to their ideal future.

I take a holistic approach to coaching - appreciating that work, wellness, and relationships are intertwined and all impact our sense of success. Wherever you are, we can design your way forward.

I specialize in life and career transitions. After experiencing my own career transition from attorney to coach, I realized how important it is to have allies when we are in transition. Our work together will be co-created by us organically, but may include:
(1) Creating self-awareness around what you want and how you're designed;
(2) Exploring possibilities and cultivating a vision for your life or career trajectory; and
(3) Identifying obstacles and taking the strategic action steps needed to realize your vision.
