As a coach with a background in finance and law, I specialize in helping ambitious professionals who need to get clear about next steps so they can have a role that they love without burning out or contravening their values. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and I draw on this experience to provide coaching that is tailored to each client's needs.

My coaching style adheres to the principles of the ICF, which emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their goals and aspirations.

My clients appreciate my open, and accepting approach. I provide a confidential space where clients can explore their challenges and opportunities without fear of judgment. I am direct and supportive in my coaching, striking a balance between challenging and encouraging clients to achieve their potential.

I received my BA from UPenn and my law degree from Harvard, and I have worked at a bulge bracket bank and white shoe law firms, so I understand the pressures my clients face, as well as the opportunities they are afforded. I bring this knowledge and expertise to my coaching sessions, helping clients navigate complex organizational structures and build the skills they need to advance their careers in ways that feel good to them.

In addition to my finance and law background, I have a global perspective gained from living, working, and studying in the US, UK, Singapore and Japan. This experience has given me a unique understanding of different cultures and how they can play vital roles in individuals' professional and personal lives.

The service was great. I really learned a lot from Brandon about how to face my fears by doing. It really helped me to prepare myself before starting my new job. Brandon's mentoring sessions were really nice, being able to have a chat with him when I needed it. After I finished my weekly assessments, I always asked Brandon for his help in checking if there are anything else I should keep in mind, and he always comes up with things that I didn't have in mind, which was super helpful. It's nice to just have someone who has been there in the past, and give you his professional advice, which definitely helps in getting to the point where I want to be quicker. His character is very charming, so I highly recommend him. He's very easy going, and fun to talk to, which makes it easy for you to communicate with him and continue to have the relationship with as well. I am the type of guy whose always fishy about these coaching things, they take your money, and you don't get much out of it. Just things you can find in a motivational video on Youtube maybe. The experience with Brandon though is not that. You get a lot out of it, and definitely not fishy at all lol, so you can highly trust in this. Anyways, thanks again, I learned a lot, and hope to use the service again when I need so. Really a game changer when you want some guidance and someone who can get you in the spirit of getting to that goal you want to achieve.

Brandon helped me think through my next professional move after retiring from from a senior executive position in health care. With his coaching I was able to fully articulate how I want to position myself for select consulting assignments. He was superb guiding the higher level discussion and then helping me work out the particulars of a new CV and website, essentially re-branding me. Brandon is very good at this work and I will always grateful for his help.

Brandon is an incredible coach. His calm demeanor, wisdom, and respect for his clients comes through in every conversation. He has helped me clarify my objectives by working with me to articulate my priorities, test my assumptions, and develop concrete plans once I've set goals. Brandon never imposes his own preferences, but he will offer observations and suggestions that advance my own thinking. Brandon is warm and has a good sense of humor, which eases some of the tough thinking that he helped me undertake. He checked in with me between sessions, demonstrating a real sense of caring on his part, and on a few occasions when I needed to contact him at the spur of the moment, he was always available and willing to get on a call. The coaching sessions I've had with Brandon have helped me invaluably. Weeks later, I find myself going over notes of things that we've discussed because they're so relevant and helpful.
