Inside scoop: I was born in Florida and then moved to California and then moved back to Florida, and repeated this a few more times. I like to stay close to crystal clear water. Now, I live in Bali, Indonesia where I love to surf, teach yoga, go on adventures, and enjoy a balanced, peaceful life.

I spent some time on rock bottom being homeless in LA and then by the grace of The Universe, I climbed my way back up, worked on myself, and became passionate about all things divine, spiritual, and became driven to help others overcome really challenging situations through a variety of spiritual and psychological tools.

I am always wanting to learn more and “upgrade” my consciousness. I spend my time getting trained and certified in various subjects - anything from improving my writing, business success, and entrepreneurship to spirituality, psychology, healing, Ayurveda, Hypnotherapy, and other healing arts.

I also love to spend my energy on reading, writing, producing, filming for my YouTube channel and hosting the Awaken Podcast, creating content for Yoga Stars, and ironically - spending as much time offline as possible.
