Brandon was brought in by way of recommendation to coach a high-level administrator. She was constantly behind on her deliverables and seemed disengaged and unhappy. Things with Sarah seem much better for both her productivity and also her quality of life now. I reached out to Brandon to help me work through some growing pains at my digital marketing agency. Brandon took time to understand our business and what we do and then took time to dig into several areas of our business that needed some focus. We talk on a weekly basis and work on setting goals for myself and my company, reviewing the sales funnel, and we discuss various topics that are on my mind. I cant say enough good things about Brandon. Working with him over the past few weeks has been awesome. I was expecting a big change of course, but I wasnt expecting the smaller ways in which he provides support, even when he hasnt been asked. He can just anticipate what will be needed and hes able to jump right on it. Many times, before Ive even diagnosed the problem, hes helping to come up with solutions. Having another person who is on my level with some of the things Im dealing with on a day to day basis is also great. I can bounce ideas of Brandon and he can throw them at me too. Hes available and he doesnt hold anything against me when Im not. One of the biggest surprises of working with Brandon was how quickly he jumped into my daily experience in my business. Hes on me about things each day which I really appreciate it. Sometimes when you spend your days managing others, it can be difficult to manage yourself and keep up with your own greater needs at the end of it all. I would highly recommend working with Brandon. When my right-hand person left my business in August 2022 to pursue another career I considered folding my company. As the CEO I was wearing literally every single hat you can in a business and I was beyond overwhelmed. My company was 12 years old but operating like a start-up. I connected with Brandon mid-August (it's now January 2023) and words cannot express how much Brandon has helped me and my business. In five months I went from a team of 1 plus myself to a team of 5 plus Brandon and myself. He has created systems and processes that have allowed me to begin working ON the business, not IN the business, and we are currently developing a sales strategy so I can get out and sell.
