Few Words About Me
Hi my name is Brad Bruce
I started this journey into self development and coaching over 18 years ago now. When I quickly found myself in an executive leadership position at the age of 20 years old climbing the corporate ladder quickly. Now I wasn't just responisble for myself anymore but a team of over 80 employees. I knew that I had to develop myself in many areas in order to continue my path to success but I had no idea how until the day I met my first of many mentors.

This would spring board me into launching a career of self development and improvement training and education. Since then I have menotred and coached hundreds of people and spent thousand of hours and dollars on recieving the top training and coaching that I will glady pass on to you.
Part of my journey has been my story from the darkness of mental health and addiction into the shining light of recovery. I found myself in a deep pit of dispair with no one or no where to turn to of depression, anxiety and eventually a drug addiction. I was faced with two truths, go to the bitter end or come out fighting for my life. I chose the latter. Since then I have spent years developing and educating myself in diferent. Spiritual-Psyco-Social recovery models.

I have helped countless men and woman navigate through their tough journey from darkness to light. Advanced training in Showdow Work, Mindfulness Based CBT and other behavior therapy models. Many years of education and development of Mindfulness Meditation practice. Have studied multiple forms of Budhism, Hinduism, and Yoga and use these principles to achieve great success in lasting change.
