About Me

In 2018 I left my 20+ years corporate career, at PwC, one of the top global professional service firms, to focus on my passions and strengths. Whilst I was successful in my career I lacked confidence which was impacted by the way I viewed myself. It wasn't until I got a coach and challenged the thoughts and feelings that I had about myself that things began to change. I went from playing small to playing all out. I began saying yes to more things and new opportunities presented themselves which allowed me to grow and 'fly'. There was an aliveness and happiness that hadn't been there before. I know first-hand the power of coaching and I feel passionate about helping people break free from their self-imposed limitations so that they too can fly!

I am Co-Active trained and an ICF-accredited coach. I have an interest in neuroscience and modern and positive psychology.
