About Me

My personal views on coaching is that I am a guide and witness, an observer. I assist my clients towards their highest potential and consciousness through a variety of processes. Connecting the client to their own energies and sensibilities while clearing the barriers out of the way leads my clients to their own clarity. Achievements through clear goal setting, creating accountability and recognizing best options are then possible. Considering myself a “relationship coach” has me working at my highest potential by coaching others in how they treat themselves and show up and relate to anyone and anything in their lives.

I have worked in various leadership positions in for-profit manufacturing for over 25 years. As an accomplished Human Resource professional, coaching and leadership in business is some of my most valued experiences. My Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a concentration in HR Management and my certification with The International Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) organization has provided me the unique combination of education and experience I bring to my coaching and leadership development business.
