I’m a Life, Leadership & Consciousness Coach, passionate about empowering individuals to stand in their greatness and lead with confidence in all areas of life. My coaching philosophy is rooted in consciousness, courage, and self-trust. I help clients challenge limiting beliefs, shed self-doubt, and step into their full potential. My approach is centered on helping you uncover the answers within yourself, using tools rooted in mindfulness, science, and Daring Leadership by Brene Brown.

In my own journey, I’ve discovered what truly brings me joy, ignites my passion, and defines a purposeful life. Now, I help others do the same—creating a life and career they love, based on their authentic vision.

With 10 years of experience in the tech startup industry and management roles, I bring a unique blend of business expertise and a deep passion for all things Consciousness. My leadership experience, combined with my background in Consciousness coaching and yoga philosophy, informs the way I guide clients to step into their best selves—whether at work, in relationships, or in personal growth.
