About Me

Over the last 20 years I’ve had the privilege to work as a Marketing Professional & Consultant with leading organisations like Hindustan Unilever, Marico, Titan, Nivea, Tata International, Eureka Forbes, Stepathlon, Shoppers Stop and Westside.

Over the last few years, I gravitated towards Life Coaching. I have undergone an extensive international training program, followed by accreditation with International Coach Federation (ICF), the World’s largest organisation of professionally trained coaches.

Life coaching, an art & science, is an effective way of helping people identify new possibilities & learn alternative ways of thinking & being. It can be applied to address most human aspirations & challenges that lie in the three broad areas of Relationships, Health & Finance/Career.

As a life coach, I work with people to discover the best in themselves & address areas that need development. I help them deal powerfully with life’s challenges so they can live their best life.

I would like to sum it up by saying that a good coaching experience will feel like navigating through life or seeing yourself better, just as you would over a cup of coffee, with your best friend.
