About Me

Hi, I am Betty Doo, an Organizational Psychologist, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. I am also an Adjunct Faculty member at Northeastern University, teaching doctoral students in "Organizational Leadership Studies".

I received my doctorate from Harvard University in "Human Development and Psychology" an innovative, behavioral sciences program. I have received extensive training beyond my doctorate in relevant development areas including: executive coaching, organizational change, mediation, high performance management, assessment delivery and related leadership topics.

I coach executives who are interested in expanding their leadership capabilities. Typically I work with a leader who is successful in his or her business arena, has strong business, technical or scientific expertise, and wants to improve in the leadership competencies that become necessary as one advances within an organization: how to develop a team, build more strategic relationships, manage conflict, demonstrate vision and strategic agility. I work with global corporations as well as small businesses and nonprofits.

As a Licensed Psychologist with organizational and business expertise, I provide a unique, customized approach that leads to significant and sustainable change, with special attention to issues of confidentiality, service quality and integrity.

I do not provide Life Coaching, Counseling or Therapy--the sole focus of my practice is Leadership Development. However, my clients tell me the process of becoming better leaders invariably enhances their personal lives as well. Result: happier, more engaged and successful individuals who enhance the leadership effectiveness of their organizations. A definite win-win for all!
