Having worked in the Hospitality industry at a Senior level for 20 years literally turning around failing businesses, I stared my own facilities business 20 years ago which grew into a multi-million-pound business employing over 500 staff, I recently sold the business to a private investor. Today I coach and mentor business leaders from all sectors of industry. A qualified master NLP practitioner, I has helped and guided over 100 business leaders to unlock their potential, become better versions of themselves and lead better businesses.

Having grown and successfully sold two businesses, I also advise on exit strategy, and for businesses in growth and upscale and facilitate board and senior team strategic retreats.
