About Me

I am a life, business, and Christian coach working with clients to move from 'stuck to strategy' and achieve success both at work and in their personal lives. This is my greatest passion!

When I am not coaching, I spend my free time outdoors biking and hiking and with my husband, Andrew, and my Brittany spaniel, Hunter. I also like to read, frequent cafes, and prepare healthy foods. I usually spend my vacations on mission trips. I have traveled to Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, and Europe to take hope and healing to the less fortunate.

As a Certified Gallup Trained Strengthsfinder, I will work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate counseling techniques and helpful out-of-session assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you.
