After a lifetime of entrepreneurship, I came to the realization that the checklist life (you know, that list where you check off everything you are 'supposed' to do; marry, get a job, have kids, etc.) I had been living wasn't a true representation of my authentic self.

At the age of 48, I did my own work to identify my purpose and break through the fears, excuses & limiting beliefs that were blocking my way. I got my master’s degree in counseling and now I combine my expertise as a licensed therapist, certified in body-positive psychology, and thought field therapy with the insights I've gained on my own personal journey, to help hundreds of women like you live a life in alignment with who they are meant to be.
