About Me

Bess is the Founder of CareerCamp and the President of BPS Strategies Inc. She holds an honorary diploma of Career Counsellor in Canada and worked as Employment Consultant for full-function of services with a non-profit government agency. At CareerCamp, she is the Principal Consultant and Career Coach.

For 14 years, Bess has helped more than 1,000 job seekers with 60+ cultural backgrounds in gaining meaningful employment in a vast diversity of sectors in Canada and beyond. During COVID-19 pandemic, Bess not only provided effective support to some international students to get them hired, but helped some business executives with strategic resume development for C-level jobs.

At CareerCamp, Bess has established a one-stop career services based on her rich experience. It starts from helping young people get clarity of their career directions, training and coaching to significantly boost their job search skills and confidence, till supporting clients to secure ideal jobs. Bess has built a solid reputation and proven track record of clients' success and satisfaction for her effective approach and caring nature.

Bess also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
