About Me

Hi, my name’s Bernard, and before I became a certified Life Change Coach, I survived poverty, temptations, and many different troubling situations. Endless obstacles were presented along my personal journey. I survived the streets of Chicago, I was a young single teenage father and life was a constant challenge. Accomplishing positive changes at times seemed bleak. By keeping faith, building hope, and following a structured plan with manageable long term goals, my new life vision became a reality. This new way of living gave me the courage and strength to pursue my call to action. So, I’ve brought this personal growth and insight with me to Washington State to help others who are also facing obstacles.
Listed here below is the work I do and have done with many client's:
▪ Coached and motivated clients in their achievement of personal goals and objectives for a wide range of
issues including but not limited to juvenile delinquency, family strengthening, relationship guidance, low
self-esteem, and major life transitions and adaptations.
▪ Collaborated with outside entities, and used critical thinking skills in order to address the needs
assessment determination.
▪ Facilitated sessions one on one in person, in groups, over the phone, and skype video.
▪ Helped clients pinpoint the challenges or obstacles that prevented them from successfully maneuvering
through a season of their life.
▪ Provided insight, new ideas, and action steps for clients that aided them to more clearly make decisions
to facilitate change.
▪ Coached clients through major life transitions and obstacles.
▪ Supported clients through the process of goal clarification, conflict resolutions, time management, and
task organization.
