I love coaching and developing leaders because I want them whole-heartedly to become established leaders in their organizations, families, and many more communities they are associated with. It is about being seen and spoken about as a leader by your team.

I have a son, and a wife, and a dog, and I run an online dating business as a side-hustle. I also originate from England, and today live in sunny State College, PA.
