I have always had a genuine interest in the well-being and uniqueness of everybody around me. We do not need to feel disconnected from the things we need and want that define our success. I provide coaching in a nonjudgmental, warm, empathic, and relaxed environment–one where clients feel valued and respected–a space of support to collaboratively master what it is that is holding you back from living the life you want. We collaboratively ‘walk through’ whatever realistic goals you choose to achieve. My individualized, diverse approach utilizes straightforward coaching skills to get you the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for improving relationships, careers, and day-to-day living. I sincerely help you bring clarity to your goals, identify the obstacles that are holding you back, and then we come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.
I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I am licensed in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Additionally, I am an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas at San Antonio's Clinical Mental Health Graduate program. Although I have experience providing psychotherapeutic services, I currently & ONLY provide Coaching Services as I have experienced firsthand the success rate of my clients in reaching their life goals.
