I also offer individual coaching. I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their personal and professional objectives. Through a strong and compassionate approach, I create a space for clients to explore challenges, uncover blocks, and discover solutions for long-term success.

I believe that coaching isn’t about giving you advice. Instead, it is my job to give you time to think deeply about challenges or aspirations that you have, and then to help you create a plan to accomplish your goals.

I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of human resources, psychology and counseling, and I have developed a unique approach to Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and I am a certified Coach through the Association for Coaching.
