About Me

Professional Biography:

In the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals and families who have overcome some of life's toughest challenges.

I have worked in the addiction, mental health, and criminal justice fields as a professor, consultant, national trainer, coach, and licensed mental health professional. I have witnessed a lot of pain, suffering, and healing.

Fortunately, I was able to obtain a BA in Psychology, an M.Ed in Counselor Education, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Administration.

Both my academic background and my professional work experiences have prepared me for my rewarding career as a Life Coach. I love helping people generate options and find proven and practical solutions to some of life's toughest challenges.

I am trained to provide my clients with research-driven evidence-based tools that work from the fields of psychology and human behavior. I help clients identify and replace self-defeating limiting patterns that are preventing people from reaching their full potential.
