About Me

"My faith sees me through everything life gives me, good and bad, helps me make decisions and guides how I show up for others. It grounds me and allows me to thrive. I feel called to help others find this for themselves. People want to and need to connect more with God and their faith."

I have worked in a variety of industries: advertising, media, financial and professional services, represented by Grey Advertising; Katz Media Group, part of iHeart Media; Accenture and Sumitomo Bank Financial Services. I make my faith an integral part of all I does, including in the workplace.

In my senior Human Resources roles in these organizations, I was involved in a startup operation, worked in cross-cultural environments, a new professional services business line, and managing international businesses.

An integral part of my work throughout my career has been to coach executives and managers to navigate their roles and help their staff become successful teams. Clients include:

I have a BA from Hunter College and an MS/ILR from a joint Baruch College/Cornell University program. My coaching certification, CPCC, is from The Coaches Training Institute. I have a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.

My assessment certifications include: Hogan; Management Research Group's (MRG) Leadership Development 360; MRG's Individual Directions Inventory and Personal Directions; HPSI's EQ-i 2.0 and 2.0-360; and Profilor.

Active in my church, I have participated in a number of domestic work trips, including in New Orleans, LA and Biloxi, MS, after Hurricane Katrina. I volunteers with Stand Beside Them, an organization that provides free career and job search counseling to veterans and their families.
